Apartment Logistics Center: An Innovative Solution to Courier Conflicts and Theft Problems Conflicts within apartment complexes continue due to delivery issues. Recently, in a 2,500-household apartment in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, ground access was prohibited, and delivery workers refused to deliver to the front door and piled up numerous packages at the front door, causing a 'delivery chaos'. This has been repeated in many areas, including Namyangju in 2018, Songdo in Incheon in 2020, and Gangdong-gu in Seoul in 2021. In addition, as non-face-to-face delivery becomes routine, the number of cases of packages being stolen from apartment doors is increasing, becoming a major social problem. Against this backdrop, we would like to propose an innovative idea called an apartment logistics center. Apartment conflicts related to delivery, is there no solution?
